This novelty fabric consists of a small honeycomb net with narrow (about 1/4" wide) jersey stripes running along the width. The stripes are lustrous, and the fabric has a full-body drape which would work great for a pleated or gathered skirt. This fabric is also ideal as an overlay on a dress or top, and as a beach cover-up.
