This blended novelty features a weave similar to a shantung or a raw silk, and the smooth hand and drape of a sueded charmeuse. Cupro is often used as a silk substitute, and is noted for its ability to create beautifully draped clothing, except it can be machine-washed and -dried. Tencel fiber has similar characteristics to cotton and linen in that it is breathable and strong. It is also wrinkle resistant and silky smooth to the touch, it will work great for all your must-have basics.
